Can Human Design help me be a better parent?

Working With Me
Do I need to know anything about Human Design before working with you?
Not at all. You don’t have to study or memorize anything. I walk you through your (or your child’s) chart in a grounded, accessible way — always tailored to your real-life questions and experiences.
What’s included in a reading or session?
Each session includes a breakdown of the most essential aspects of your (or your child’s) design — like Type, Strategy, Inner Compass (Authority), and more. Some packages include deep dives into Profile, Centers, Channels, and Gates. Sessions are a mix of practical support, intuitive insight, and compassionate guidance.
What’s the difference between a personal session and the parenting sessions?
Personal sessions focus on your unique design — your energy, purpose, and self-connection. Parenting sessions explore both your design and your child’s, so you can understand the dynamic between you and create a more harmonious relationship.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — many of my packages include follow-up sessions so we can reflect, integrate, and adjust as needed. You can also reach out for additional guidance whenever you're ready.

What is the Body Compass Quiz?
It’s a quick self-reflection tool that helps you understand how connected you are to your body’s signals. It’s not a test — there are no wrong answers. It’s a starting point to tune into the wisdom already inside you.
Why do I feel so disconnected from my body?
