Resources

The resources shared here have been meaningful companions in Debbie's journey of self-understanding and continue to influence how she sees herself, others, and the world around her.

Over time, this collection may grow as Yolandi, future guides, and this community continue to learn, explore, and share what has been meaningful in their own journeys.

This is not a list of answers.

It is a collection of books, tools, teachers, perspectives, and questions that have invited deeper reflection, understanding, and curiosity.

Take what resonates.

Leave what doesn't.

Books

The collection is a bit eclectic—part psychology, part spirituality, part parenting, part education, part nervous system science, part faith, part energy work, and part Human Design.

In other words, it reflects the wonderfully imperfect, sometimes unexpected, and beautifully messy path that brought me home to myself.

Interoception

Interoception is our ability to notice and understand what is happening inside our bodies.

Learning to listen to the body's signals has been one of the most important aspects of my own journey of self-understanding. It continues to influence how I approach parenting, relationships, decision-making, and personal growth.

Most of us are taught to think our way through life while losing connection with what our bodies are communicating. Interoception offers a pathway back to that connection.

For parents interested in supporting their children, I often recommend the work of Kelly Mahler. You can find her at https://www.kelly-mahler.com/‍ ‍

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, yet many of us were never taught how to listen. Interoception offers a meaningful place to begin reconnecting with the messages your body has been offering all along. If you feel drawn to explore this connection more deeply, I offer individual conversations and exploration sessions designed to create space for your own understanding to emerge.

Human Design & Gene Keys

Human Design and the Gene Keys have been meaningful companions in my own journey of self-understanding.

More than anything, they helped me become curious about myself. They invited me to see old patterns differently, trust my own experience more deeply, and recognize possibilities I may not have otherwise seen.

My curiosity eventually led me to train in Human Design and immerse myself in the Gene Keys through years of contemplation, study, and personal exploration.

These teachings continue to shape how I approach self-understanding, self-trust, and personal growth.

I do not view these systems as answers, but as invitations.

If Human Design or the Gene Keys resonate with you, I am happy to explore them alongside you through individual conversations and exploration sessions.

This helped me.

It may help you.

If you're curious, let's talk!

Tools for Exploration

Teachers & Practitioners

The people below have played a meaningful role in my own journey and continue to influence how I understand healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Aleya Dao

https://www.aleyadao.com/

Energy healer, teacher, and creator of the daily Cups of Consciousness.

Aleya's work has supported me through many seasons of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Her unique blend of energy work, meditation, sound healing, and daily reflections has offered both grounding and inspiration while encouraging a deeper connection to the wisdom within.

Her presence feels like a breath of fresh air—gentle, practical, and deeply empowering. One of the things I appreciate most is Aleya's ability to help people recognize and trust the light that already exists within themselves.

Dr. Valerie Rein and Jeffrey Tambor

The work of Dr. Valerie Rein and Jeffrey Tambor arrived at a time when I was ready to see things I had not been able to see before.

Their teachings helped me uncover layers of personal and generational trauma, understand patterns that had shaped my life for decades, and begin questioning stories I had accepted as truth.

They also introduced me to the concept of capacity—the understanding that we can only see, feel, and integrate what we have the ability to hold. That insight continues to influence how I understand healing, growth, parenting, and the human experience itself.

Their work played an important role in helping me reconnect with my own voice and trust my own experience more deeply.

While their work continues to evolve, I remain grateful for the impact it had on my healing and growth.

Questions for Reflection

Sometimes the most meaningful answers emerge when we slow down long enough to ask different questions.

The reflections below are not designed to diagnose, fix, or measure you.

They are simple invitations to pause, notice, and become curious about your own experience.

Take what resonates.

Leave what doesn't.

Sometimes a little curiosity is enough.

If you'd like someone to walk beside you as you explore, we'd love to hear from you.
